Aurobindo International School celebrated its Investiture Ceremony with great pride and dignity on 29 July 2026, marking the formal induction of the newly elected Student Council for the academic session 2026–27. The ceremony symbolized the school’s commitment to nurturing leadership, responsibility, and service among its students.
The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by a warm welcome to the dignitaries. Director Ms. Shalini Parashar and Principal Ms. Karuna Nagpal congratulated the newly elected council members and encouraged them to lead with honesty, discipline, confidence, and compassion.
The highlight of the ceremony was the conferring of badges and sashes upon the student leaders. Devyanshu Pareek was appointed as the Head Boy, while Kanishka singh took charge as the Head Girl. Along with them, the House Captains, Vice Captains, Sports Captains, Cultural Captains, Discipline Prefects, and other members of the Student Council were formally invested with their responsibilities.
The newly elected leaders took the oath of office, pledging to uphold the values of the school and discharge their duties with dedication, integrity, and commitment. The ceremony reflected the trust placed in the young leaders and inspired them to become responsible role models for their peers.
Addressing the gathering, Director Ms. Shalini Parashar emphasized that true leadership is built on service, teamwork, and perseverance. Principal Ms. Karuna Nagpal encouraged the council members to lead by example and work towards creating a positive and inclusive school environment.
The ceremony concluded with the oath taking ceremony, leaving students inspired to embrace their new responsibilities with enthusiasm and determination.
