Aurobindo International School celebrated its Investiture Ceremony with great pride and dignity on 29 July 2026, marking the formal induction of the newly elected Student Council for the academic session 2026–27. The ceremony symbolized the school’s commitment to nurturing leadership, responsibility, and service among its students.
The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by a warm welcome to the dignitaries. Director Ms. Shalini Parashar and Principal Ms. Karuna Nagpal congratulated the newly elected council members and encouraged them to lead with honesty, discipline, confidence, and compassion.
The highlight of the ceremony was the conferring of badges and sashes upon the student leaders. Devyanshu Pareek was appointed as the Head Boy, while Kanishka singh took charge as the Head Girl. Along with them, the House Captains, Vice Captains, Sports Captains, Cultural Captains, Discipline Prefects, and other members of the Student Council were formally invested with their responsibilities.
The newly elected leaders took the oath of office, pledging to uphold the values of the school and discharge their duties with dedication, integrity, and commitment. The ceremony reflected the trust placed in the young leaders and inspired them to become responsible role models for their peers.
Addressing the gathering, Director Ms. Shalini Parashar emphasized that true leadership is built on service, teamwork, and perseverance. Principal Ms. Karuna Nagpal encouraged the council members to lead by example and work towards creating a positive and inclusive school environment.
The ceremony concluded with the oath taking ceremony, leaving students inspired to embrace their new responsibilities with enthusiasm and determination.

Inter-House Soft Board Decoration Competition on Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
Jaipur, July 20, 2026:
Aurobindo International School, Sirsi Road, Jaipur successfully organized an Inter-House Soft Board Decoration Competition for the academic session 2026–27 on the theme “Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).” The competition aimed to create awareness among students about the importance of sustainable development and encourage them to contribute towards a better future.
Students from classes 6th to 8th of all four houses enthusiastically participated by presenting creative and informative soft board displays based on various Sustainable Development Goals. Their innovative ideas, attractive artwork, and meaningful messages reflected a deep understanding of environmental conservation, quality education, health, equality, and responsible living. The event provided an excellent platform for students to showcase their creativity, teamwork, and awareness of global issues.
The competition was conducted under the guidance of Director Mr. Aditya Raj Parashar and Principal Ms. Karuna Nagpal, who appreciated the enthusiastic participation and outstanding efforts of all the students. They encouraged everyone to adopt sustainable practices and become responsible citizens.
The results of the competition were announced as follows:

Successful Organization of General Knowledge Competition
Jaipur, 16 July 2026: With the objective of developing general knowledge, logical reasoning, and a spirit of healthy competition among students, Aurobindo International School, Jaipur, successfully organized a General Knowledge Competition for students of Classes VI to IX.
The students participated enthusiastically, showcasing their knowledge, confidence, and intellectual abilities. Participants from all four school houses—Daisy House, Carnation House, Daffodil House, and Iris House—took part with great enthusiasm and true sportsmanship. During the competition, all participants demonstrated their talent by answering questions from various subjects in an impressive manner.
The school administration stated that such competitions not only enhance students’ general knowledge but also help develop self-confidence, quick decision-making skills, logical thinking, and a healthy competitive spirit.
On the successful completion of the event, the school’s Executive Director, Mr. Aditya Raj Parashar, Principal Ms. Karuna Nagpal, and all the teachers appreciated the efforts of every participant, congratulated the winners, and wished them a bright future.
The programme concluded successfully in an atmosphere of enthusiasm, discipline, and inspiration.

Aurobindo International School joyfully welcomed back our tiny tots with love, laughter, and endless smiles. The day began with a traditional Tilak Ceremony, making every child feel special and warmly received.

Our dedicated teachers lovingly prepared beautiful handmade takeaways and delightful goodies for the children. Our respected Principal Ma’am personally welcomed each little one, greeted them with warm hugs, interacted with them, and captured precious memories through a group photograph.

The excitement continued with fun-filled hands-on activities, engaging gross motor games using hula hoops, energetic group activities, and a lively dance party. The little learners participated with great enthusiasm, making the first day truly memorable.

The cheerful giggles, innocent chatter, and joyful voices of our little stars once again filled every corner of the school with happiness, fun, and frolic. It was heartwarming to see our school campus come alive with such positive energy.

Aurobindo International School celebrated Doctor’s Day on 1st July by organizing an informative and engaging Dental Awareness Session for students from Playgroup to Grade 3.

The school was delighted to welcome Dr. Kavita from Address Health, who conducted an interactive session on the importance of oral hygiene, self-care, and healthy dental habits. Through an interesting digital presentation, Dr. Kavita explained the correct way to care for teeth and emphasized the significance of brushing twice a day and maintaining a healthy diet.

The session became even more delightful as the young learners enthusiastically participated by asking innocent and thoughtful questions such as, “Can we eat chocolates?”, “Is broccoli good for our teeth?”, “Can we eat chips?”, and “How many times should we brush our teeth?” Dr. Kavita patiently answered every query, making the session both enjoyable and highly educational.

The interactive presentation, combined with the curiosity of the children, created a lively learning environment that encouraged healthy habits from an early age.

As a token of gratitude, the respected Principal of Aurobindo International School felicitated Dr. Kavita for her valuable contribution and for spreading awareness about dental health among the young learners.

The programme concluded on a cheerful note, leaving the children inspired to take better care of their smiles. It was indeed a meaningful and memorable Doctor’s Day celebration that reflected the school’s commitment to nurturing healthy minds and healthy lives.

Experiencing peace and spirituality at the Golden Temple and witnessing the patriotic pride of the Wagah Border Beating Retreat Ceremony.

A one-day workshop themed “Kaushal Bodh” was successfully
organized at Aurobindo International School on June 11, 2026. The
objective of the workshop was to apprise teachers and education
professionals of the importance of skill-based education and its
effective implementation.
The event commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the
School Director, Mr. Aditya Parashar; the School Principal, Ms.
Karuna Nagpal; and the keynote speakers.
The keynote speakers for the event were Mrs. Kanchan Joshi
(Principal, Cygnus World School, Vadodara) and Ms. Muskan Thanvi
(TGT, Maheshwari Public School, Bikaner). Through their inspiring
insights and practical examples, they educated the participants on
various dimensions of skill development. They also highlighted
innovative teaching methods aimed at fostering creativity, problem
solving abilities, and self-reliance among students.
Principals
and teachers from various schools participated
enthusiastically in the workshop. Participants shared their experiences
related to the subject and received guidance from the experts.
At the conclusion of the event, the school administration expressed
gratitude to all guests and participants. The workshop was both
informative and inspiring, and all participants found it extremely
beneficial.
The event concluded with the School Principal, Ms. Karuna Nagpal,
thanking the speakers and presenting them with mementos.

The 12th International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at
Aurobindo International School on 21 June 2026. The theme for this year was
“Yoga for One Earth, One Health.”
The programme was organised from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM in the school
premises. Around 45 students of Classes VI to XII, 51 teachers, and nonteaching staff actively participated in the event.
The programme commenced with a prayer followed by an address by the Hon.
Director, Dr Bharat Prashar, Principal, Ms Karuna Nagpal, highlighting the
importance of yoga in maintaining physical fitness, mental well-being, and a
healthy lifestyle. A trained yoga instructor guided the participants through
various yoga asanas and breathing exercises, including Tadasana,
Vrikshasana, Bhujangasana, Pranayama, and Meditation.
The school regularly organises yoga sessions throughout the year, in which
students, parents, teachers, and staff members actively participate. These
sessions help promote physical fitness, mental wellness, and a balanced
lifestyle. However, International Yoga Day holds special significance as it is
celebrated across the country and brings people together in a collective
commitment towards health and well-being. Being a part of this nationwide
celebration instilled a sense of unity, discipline, and awareness among all
participants.
The event concluded with the National Anthem and a pledge by all participants
to practice yoga regularly.
